Offering products in your photography business doesn’t mean turning into a pushy salesperson. (Oh, I've said that before!) Done well, selling is just another form of great service. Here’s how to make it feel effortless and truly valuable — for both you and your clients :) 1. Start with the why Don’t jump straight into product talk. In your interactions with clients, help them understand why printing matters. Share stories, examples, and your own philosophy. Be the person who loves their products! Don’t offer just one service, offer choices. Don’t assume the deal that encourages people to get in touch with you is the one they’ll commit to later (once you’ve open their eyes to how good you are, and what you can do for them). And don’t assume that they won’t go even further once they’ve fallen in love with their own photographs. That’s the To View More >>

We absolutely love the embossing on this album — as simple contemporary font, with silver foil to really make it stand out. It just goes to show that you and your clients can have the album you really want with our vast array of personalisation options.  Affection embossing (pictured above) will shortly be available to order in Workspace.  "Keri and Ben celebrated their wedding in the fabulous surrounds of the Bodleian Library in Oxford. Although our Bride is from America, this historic university city is where Keri met the love of her life, and which she now calls home. "The couple To View More >>

If you love Panorama Flushmount albums, chances are the full bleed, uninterrupted layouts are one reason why. This 12x12 album by  Birch & Wattle of Sydney, Australia,  makes great use of panorama images. What also caught our eye was the warm and joyful imagery of Fleur and Steve's wedding. Yana shared some stand-out moments  from  the day, and some thoughts about their photography business. "We are Pavel and Yana - professional wedding photographers, based in Sydney, who  specialise  in natural, genuine and emotive story-telling To View More >>

David with his Queensberry book We get to see many beautiful stories at Queensberry, and sometimes we need to share them. David Edmonson and his son Luke, both multi-award winning wedding, portrait and commercial photographers, are based in Dallas Texas. After a major health challenge David decided to take on a personal project, which this lovely book documents. I’ve don’t usually take books and albums home with me, but I just had to spend some time with this one, absorbing the images, reading the compelling words he uses to describe them, and the messages he wants his children To View More >>

UPDATED: corrected an error with the Faux Leather selection. We're getting ready to introduce new cover material and embossing options, and we're pretty excited about it. But first we need to say goodbye to some of the existing range. It's hard turning our back on things we love, but we need to make way for the new. And normally the reason is simple … not enough sales. The good news is that the discontinued materials will be available "while stocks last". We just won't be reordering them, and we won't be including them in our swatches, which we're To View More >>

Our friends in the northern hemisphere may find it hard to imagine the festive season without snow, hot cocoa, and a warm fireplace, but in Auckland, New Zealand, where we're based, Christmas day is more likely to be beach adventures and a barbeque. We spoke to Kate Roberge  about what makes a New Zealand summer, and our unique festive season, so special. And what does she do? She sends us photos with snow in them! Do you have a favourite or secret go-to spot in NZ? Jacks Point definitely. It's right outside of Queenstown, on the east side of the lake. There are about To View More >>
